those are some fine looking bulls,,,, the limo is nice too but need's to be on another thread of his own .

Just a visual for the belly discussion. No harm intended. He's dead anyway.

Without reading the posts, ( I apologize if I repeat)

No.1 is a little pinched in the heart, has a weak flank, and going by the pic, a topline that could improve with age.

No.2 appears in this pic to also be lacking in top, displays a much better heart, flank, and overall soundness. (this would be my pick.)

No. 3 is lacking heart, and flank, and appears to have the better topline.

JMO ;-)

Black cattle always look lighter than they are. A guy who came by to look at a black bull that I had. He runs feeder calves from 450 to about 800lbs around 225 at a time and he guessed my 205 day old bull at 450-500lbs. Turned out he weighed 640lbs. the next day.

I like the top line of #3, but with that said I would pick #2. Better frame for producing better calves, also I like black hide better. Mainly because they make more $ where Im at. Im not in it to argue color, but I will argue money anyday, pick #2 in south central KY and that frame and color will deliver some mad money.
