It sounds like a lot of people want to get the royal treatment just because they abuying something. I think you have to work at a place like one of these high volume stores to understand exactly what it is like when there are hundreds of customers and somebody wants you to do every little thing for them. It just doesn't work. Texas bred- going to the bar to find a friend was in responce to someone that said they liked to go flirt with the owner. I find if quality is the same the place with experienced people working there getting paid more charges more for there products, I would rather pay less and look things up on line and read books for that info. Somn- If you ask where something is that is fine, but to exspect to be waited on hand and foot just because you are buying something is not very humble, and I have religous problems with it too. Backhoeboogie- How can you remember that when I had forgotten. I will call no man sir! You people that say I should attack your customs (JT) sure enjoy passing judgement on ours! Jt- I have learned what to feed from books the internet and would not leave it up to the person selling the product to me to decide how much to buy. Your mechanic example is wrong because lots of people have cars but if you want animals you should sure know how to take care of them! This all being said i don't want to pay extra for customer service, I can bring it up to the counter and read packages. I remember going to one of these places and telling the person at the counter I had some very early weaned pigs and needed some very good feed high in protein and fat, They said XXXX would be perfect. I get home and I have feed designed to be feed to a milking sow and was very lacking. It was also very over priced, I don't need to pay people to make decisions I would be more comfortable making myself.
