One of our locals that we nicknamed "Otis", got arrested for DUI on his ATV with his hound.
He showed up to a wreck on our dirt county road, the DPS trooper arrested him impounded the ATV and sent the hound to the pound.
He had to bail himself, ATV and the dog out.
