It's a tomato and cream sauce with pancetta. She used a can of imported cherry tomatoes from Italy for the base. They were incredibly sweet.
So here's the ingeredient list
canned cherry tomatos(canned imported San Marzano's would work as well)
Onions
Garlic
Pancetta
Olive oil
Hvy cream
Fresh Basil
Pecorino Romano
Uve di Mozarella(fresh balls of mozarella cheese, also called fiore di latte)

Saute the pancetta and drain and reserve(pour off most of the oil from the pancetta)
Saute the onions and garlic in olive oil(deglaze with a little white wine)
Add tomatoes and reduce by about 1/3
add hvy cream
just before serving add pancetta and fresh Basil
drain pasta and toss it with the sauce for a minute
Pour onto serving platter and top with Pecorino Romano and Fiore Di latte.
Garnish with fresh basil.
Mangia Tutti!

Wow Wanda. That looks so good it made me want to lick the monitor.

GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you 3way, thank you as well for giving the instructions so easy to follow . :tiphat:

I had one minor screw up though. Forgot to deglaze the pan with wine, stupid of me, especially since that is my favorite part after sauteing any type of bacon . I ended up adding it to the tomato cream sauce instead, was good ,but not quite the same flavors you get from deglazing though . Served it with a pear vinaigrette gorgonzola mixed greens salad that was a little sweet and it went very well with the saltiness of the pancetta .

Mrs 3wc's pasta was a definite hit with everyone .

I also made the best pasta dough I have ever made before , it pressed and cut perfectly . :D

Hmmm, never thought of putting those little marshmellows in pasta, I'll have to try that if my wife ever lets me cook again.

 those are fresh mozzarella pearls LRTX1 .

They are fab, they melt with the heat from the pasta and sauce . Delicious !
