I thought that myself this week. I hate those things with a passion. I have the most wonderfully vivid fantasies of roofing tacs and tightly-stretched barbed wire across the road about 3 1/2 feet from the ground. Inconsiderate jerks are always throwing out their beer cans and ruining the roads on top of trespassing and general recklessness.
I will admit though, that I learned from them Natural Light is the cheapest beer because that's the vast majority of cans we pick up. I don't drink beer, so that's of no use to me, but I learned it from those morons. :mad:

Don't particularly care much for beer, but when I do break down and drink some Natty is my beer of choice. Only thing I've found cheaper is Keystone Light, but it's nowhere near the quality of Natural Light!

Why are the taxpayers not revolting about the damages that the 4-wheelers are doing to the country roads and ditches?

A little moisture and a nicely trimmed ditch is turned into a mud bog.

One county in our area has banned them from the ditches, streams, rivers, and all private property without express permission.

Why does law enforcement tolerate them on highways without helmets, tires that are not DOT approved, and no vehicle tags?

Tell me how that works. I've been told that it's 'illegal' in my area too, but there are no guidelines as to what type of offense it is.

I am getting older, eyesight not as good, and could possible construe a 4 wheeler and a deer to be the same thing.

Could aggravated assault charges be filed if it was only myself and a 4 wheeler involved? You know, like when you leave it and illegally go to your illegal deer stand that is over corn bait, and I thought it was a deer? :mrgreen:

A local landowner started firing at a 4 wheel trespasser, and the police got involved.
The landowner is an MD and a friend of the judge, so nothing much happened. I wouldn't try it unless you are a doctor (love doctor doesn't count) and the judge is your buddy.

Keep in mind, I am talking about a riderless 4-wheeler. The equipment only, no human involved. I do however have a concern that if they have to cut barbed wire to access the property, the barbed wire could get me charged with "baiting the field". :mrgreen:

City people have these big things because they can it is a status symbol....to much money and no brain....we have it here to, our Government made the raod tax higher and parking more expensive to try to cut them down in the Town, but now it is even more of a statement in saying look how much money I have and can waste.
