Uh-Oh--looks like I've stumbled into the proverbial den of inequity. The kinda place I was warned as a yougun--to stay out of.
I'd have to drink a couple shots of it and keep @ least one bottle just to say I had something older than I am. Granted, Old Crow ain't the finest spirits ever distilled, but it's better than a lot of others. When I was stationed down in Cuba nearly 4 decades ago, the only whiskey available was that old black bird. If they ran out, we were stuck with vodka. There is no comparison. In recent years, even tho I rarely touch any of it nowdays, I've taken a liking to the blended stuff from the frozen hinterlands that comes in a blue cloth bag.
