when to plant fescue in tn

i know spring is not the best time to do this, but i was not able to last fall.
i am needing to notill about 10 acres and was wondering when in tn. (k31)
grass has just started to green out in the last 2 weeks, but i know we are going to have more cold snaps.

I started reseeding pasture today with fescue and clover. Needed to start before now but it has been too wet with both rain and snow. Beautiful here today but rain tomorrow and temps dropping again.

Just got part of my pasture over seeded today with fusque.

I just over seeded about ten acres with KY31 and Durana clover. I would get it in the ground ASAP.
