Used to be alot of them around. Don't see them much any more.

The Charolais association is still the registry. I suppose.
 
they all moved to florida. i think they have a lot to offer, just need breeding back to angus or hereford or something like that.

Yep, knew some guys who bred them to red angus. Had great calves that sold at the top of the market, in those days.
 
We have more trouble with Charolais cows than any other breed. (Bulls no problem) Just different thinkers I guess. Maybe the heat bakes their brains moreso? Hard to dog break. Combine that with tough and wild woods cattle- you better have 3 horses rested up for that day. Two evils combined to create bionic devils.
 
i'm sure there's plenty of charbray cattle running around out there somewhere...I know dang well that there's a bunch of Bodacious offspring out there...as much semen as they sold from him
