Sometimes, if your taking them this week or next go ahead, but then don't take any the next week. They may go up a little the first or second week of the year, but I doubt it will be enough to make you wish you had waited. The main time it will effect price is if Christmas is on Friday and there are sales early in the week, they will be down a bunch, I have bought alot if bargains close to Christmas before.
