The dude was a bad guy! Intelligence says they were planning an attack on Americans. I don't disagree with taking him out. I do question the strategy and seriously question the action being taken without notifying Congress. I will wait to form a final opinion.

Why so?
Drones have taken out dozens if not hundreds (maybe thousands?) of individual terrorists in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan for years now without any prez notifying congress ahead of time.

The difference here is that we took out what was essentially the equivalent of the Vice President of Iran (while he was in Iraq-that is a whole different problem). We would not be in this mess if we had not broken the nuclear treaty. As I said, he was a bad guy. I am still withholding judgment until more facts come out. This has not been the most truthful administration in history. Plus, it now appears that, what used to be our European allies, were not on board. I will wait until I know more.

Half of congress is in bed with the terrorist, I wouldn’t have told them either. If they are not directly in bed with them they hate America and Americans as much IMO.

While I wouldn’t go quite that far it does stand to reason that our chances for success went up exponentially by keeping the mission under wraps. Something about loose lips sinking ships comes to mind.

That wasn’t a nuclear treaty!
You mean the treaty we snuck billions on plane to pay them treaty.
That was an extortion treaty for oil and “protection “.

I saw a video in which an Australian politician got a real earful from some of the wildfire victims. I assumed it was the PM. The girl doing most of the talking sure didn't hold anything back, but if what she said was true, I don't much blame her.

It is obvious you live in a civil part of the nation. I heard President Obama referred to as that "f******* n*********" more often than I was comfortable with. Even though not a fan of his Presidency, that doesn't seem right.

I apologize for the innuendo. I don't like that language and personally never use it. But it is the hard truth. I doubt any president in history was ever more slandered and name-called than President Obama. I suspect President Trump is getting some of this treatment in retribution.

One of the qualities that I like about President Trump has been his restraint in getting the US into new wars. I hope he don't squander that.
