ok iwant to get my show calf for 2008 this summer it will probally be a heifer what weight would i want to get her at for her to finish out right and is this to early all help or tips on showing is greatly needed

Lots of good advice!!!

Probably want the heifer to finish out at 1200-1300#. Are you planning to keep her after as a cow or a terminal deal? Try to go to a few shows this summer and see what your region likes and notice how people fit, feed, clip, etc.
