HDR, I only watched about the first 5 minutes so far. Who do you think is falling for some of the things he speaks of (age group)? I’m not so sure I’m buying into these big corporations being “WOKE”, I tend to believe they will do anything to sell more product. There’s already records of them saying one thing and then donating to the opposite group. BLM is a slogan made by someone to dumb to come up with something original and then hijacked by a group of dodos that just want money. Why in the world one group can do as they please and another not is the real question. I happened to do some reading today on the new socialism movement and it half way makes sense to me but truthfully it’s the way things have been for years. I think the so called poor people, you know the ones with cars, houses, cell phones, internet, food, and that go to the local hospital when they feel bad are to dumb to understand what they perceive to be the better off really have. The guy making 30k thinks the guy making 60k is rich, the guy making 60k thinks the guy making 120k is rich. Were does it end? I’m not saying I don’t agree with the things said in the video being true and maybe I’m a little naive but I don’t know anyone buying into all this mess. Sorry for the rambling battery is almost dead 😆

Y’all do know the only way all the “talk” works is if people believe it. I get mad as heck watching the news and then realize in my day to day life nothing has changed much. All the talkers are drinking from the same whiskey bottle and frequenting the same ****** houses.

To answer your question, A group of people, the richest and most powerful, the Oligarchy, think they know how to manage the world. In the simplest terms they see the world as their domain, they are the royalty and we are in their care. They base this belief on the number of people living a subsistence life today, and the masses of people that will be unemployable when AI and automation have displaced millions upon millions of working people.

Their real motivation is to hold onto, and to grow their power and wealth. It is the same motivation any king of yesteryear had in times past.

So much of this is based on the premise of the supremacy of the collective over the rights of the individual. Me, I have no faith whatsoever in the altruism of anyone or especially of a powerful group of people.
 
Oh wow so some rich folks are going to get together and tell the world what to do. I’ll just sit back and let them kill each other off while trying to decide who’s boss. There’s always been and always will be people of all races, religions, and classes that think they should be in power. Some of the dumbest people I know think they should be in charge. If you doubt it just watch the news.
