I want to plant Tifleaf 3 or another pearl millet this year maybe 10 acres flood irrigate 2-3 times and cut it once. By that time the rain should be here, and then turn some cows out on it. . My question is when to plant it? April? May? I am in New Mexico and how many pairs per acre ? Thanks.
