If someone was looking to set someone up, timing was perfect.

Friend of mine was murdered over 30 years ago. Never solved. Henry Lee Lucas confessed to it but they proved it could not have been him. Frustrating. Sweet girl with no known enemies or motive behind the act.
 
My paternal grandfather was shot and killed in his bed as he slept by his then girlfriend. Purdue just had a shooting yesterday. These random, "I got to kill someone" attacks when they are caught red handed, on video, in person whatever, they need to go to the head of the line, do not pass go, do not collect $200, but step right up, sit down in the electric chair and get it done with. They need to be removed from the gene pool and they need to know what will happen, when it will happen and be done with it!

I agree 100%. My father was shot by two guys who were released from prison after serving only four years of a life sentence. They shot him within three days of their release. Gov't doesn't seem to want to make someone pay their dues because its too expensive. I'd suggest to them that the family that raised them should be forced to pay their rent and for those others .... well .... retroactive abortion works for me.

Charged four with capital murder.
Grandpa,Grandma, mother the x wife and her brother.
From rumor grandpa was the shooter son the driver,found the 30-30 in a stock tank.
 
The mother was never a real suspect. She gave the child up already. She didn't care. Plus, her money would go toward drugs. The grandparents were the obvious suspects. One druggy ended 6 lives plus a created a rough future for her child.
