It looks like I will be headed to KC next week on business. Any must-see things in KC? I will be there overnight.
How far is DV from KC?3waycross":1cz45sww said:Call Double V and ask him to show you our Kingpin son that we purchased from Knollcrest farms last spring. I bet he would buy you a beer also!

No, wait, that's not the name of it, it's the Father Time exhibit. Naw, not that either, I'm pretty sure it's the dun exhibit, yeah that's it.

The Kingpin bull or Sara?????......hmm......3way you send me a pic of Kingpin's butt and Greg you send me one of Sara's and I'll make an executive decision  :cowboy:
I am flying in. I'm not sure which side of town the airport is. I am not sure where I am staying or where exactly I am going yet :bang: . I hope to have that firmed up by tomorrow.
The airport is nice and laid back, its on the far west side of the Kansas side of town. There are a lot of amazing restraunts in the KC area, just as a heads up, make sure to read reviews on resteraunts before going (and yes im thinking of one place in particular, pm if u want the name) there are a lot of places with horrible service.HOSS":2mb207rx said:3waycross":2mb207rx said:plumber_greg":2mb207rx said:Best thing would be drive an hour north and visit the plumbers and I'll show you some good cattle. gs

I guess your right, i just assumed it was because of where a friends house was at, but i forgot she went to high school on the Missouri side. I usually spend all my time in the area in Overland Park and Leawood now....great food and great shopping.MO_cows":3kbkkl47 said:Farmgirl, KCI airport is north and west of downtown KC but still in Missouri. If you flew in there, you weren't in Kansas anymore!
