What up with the new look of the site ? This morning I logged on and it said I had been banned for 30 days. I tried again just now and everything looks different.

Good morning, the site is on new software and new server. It will be explained more fully after a few more things are set up. Right now we are running on the basic permissions. I work with the software and will be posting how-to's in just a little bit.

Bad thing is the old web address doesnt work if you had it bookmarked. I had to search google for the "other cattletoday". That will probably lose a lot of people.

One of my phones shows me banned also. Had to change all my ips.

This looks very similar to the format on another (non-cattle related) forum I belong to and frequent. I like it. It looks like attaching pictures works much better (I attached the picture below as a test; it's me and my grandson a few months ago). No more having to go to a different tab to see pictures.

Thanks for telling me it shows you banned. That is stuff I need to know so I can check out the settings and see what may have glitched during the change over. This is on a new server and within hours or a couple of days the url should show the new IP address and the saved will work again.

There are some users that I am working on clearing up there actual status. Who is really banned, and who is just a glitch. I apologize now for this type of change problem. If you know of anyone having the same issue, please let me know their member name. I'm not sure that the Contact Us is working yet. That's getting worked on also.

My message was more polite. But I was wondering why I was banned

Occasionally when a forum is transferred from one type of forum software to a different one, some user groups end up reading as banned. So, please bear with me. I'm testing to see what it will take for me to do a mass correction rather than a one by one correction.
