Thin cow with very loose dung

I have an 8 year old cow and ever since calving 2 months ago she has started to loose weigh. The weight has drastically dropped over the last two weeks.

Apart from Johnes what else am i looking at?

If it turns out to be Johnes how serious is it?

How contagious is it?

Birth can trigger a worsening of Johnes symptoms. That would be what I would be testing for. Second thing could be worms. When did you last deworm her and with what product? Fecal sample taken to vet could help find that out. Next I'd consider ketosis. Is she eating grain? You can test her pee using ketone strips from the pharmacy. There can be so many things
