Texas Longhorns - for some reason the air conditioning was not working in the visitor's locker
room before and during both of their first 2 home games vs LSU and La Tech.
#5 LSU won 45-38 and when LSU defensive players went down from cramping in the 2nd half
Longhorn fans were heard booing, thinking LSU was faking injuries to slow the Texas offense.

What happened to the La Tech players?

What difference does it make?
La. tech is only scheduled as sacrificial lambs.

U of Texas enrollment 50,000
La Tech enrollment 12,000
Longhorns 45
La. Bulldogs 14

Gazillion $ universities schedule small schools for ego gratification and to avoid playing a
competitive full season.

So they were better conditioned than the LSU players just not as talented? Is that your point?
Obviously that is not the point at all as LSU kicked Texas and La Tech was crushed.
Why would you think 'they' (La Tech players) didn't also cramp up when they performed worse?

My point for any too blind to see it on their own is; U of Texas is an institution led by a bunch
of cheatin', win at any cost dirty dogs, teaching students by example it's okay to do the same.

I must be missing something, the horns haven't been anything since Vince left, still decent when Colt was there, we will call it the Mack Brown era, now there cheaters. 🤔

Is there air conditioning on the fields now?🥶 we must start thinking about the locker rooms, were games are won and lost.😵

Texas AD Chris Del Conte's full statement:
"The comment today about lack of air conditioning in our visiting locker room is the first we've heard of any issues in that area. We provide one of the best visitor setups available and are proud of the efforts we put forth in hosting our guests. Our facilities staff did not receive any complaints from either Louisiana Tech or LSU, and we've confirmed that our air conditioning in the visiting locker room is in good working order."

The whole complaint was to try to justify LSU using Leg 'Cramps' to try to slow down the clock on a long drive.
Here's what it was really all about:
On a 19-play drive early in the third quarter, four different LSU players stopped the game clock five times on one drive for what appeared to be "injuries" with much of the "injuries" related to cramps. (Three of the players returned shortly after stopping the clock, while one did not return to the game.)

The ABC broadcast team even made a joke of the "injury" clock stoppage in the third quarter when play-by-play analyst Rece Davis made a joke about LSU DT Tyler Shelvin possibly being "signaled" to stop the drive.

"Tyler Shelvin has made his way to the LSU sideline after going down," Davis said as the ABC cameras caught Shelvin standing perfectly fine on the sideline after he stopped he clock. "He caught a cramp, perhaps ... or a signal, one of the two." The comment was met with laughter from both Davis and color analyst Kirk Herbstreit.

While Orgeron did not directly state the "cramps" were due to the conditions in the locker room, he did mention the air conditioning — or allegedly, lack thereof — in the same comment when asked about his defense's cramping issues.

Obviously, someone has been 'triggered' by fake news.......

Nobody did... only a Longhorn would Volunteer to stoop so low.
Longhorns thought others were trying to cheat when they weren't... because cheatin'
is their go to move.

As a Texas Aggie I have no love lost for the TU Longhorns but I think you need to get your shyt together before making these claims Butch. UT has one of the cleanest programs in the NCAA in ALL sports. As for larger schools beating up on smaller schools you obviously know little or nothing about the "why" of those contests either. Put your pencil down, quit your running numbers and get up to speed with the rest of the world. Those little schools jump at the opportunity to play a #9 Texas anywhere, anytime.... that's where they win !!!!!

Cash whores that have turned institutes established for higher learning into cheap farm systems for billionaire owners. With standards so low that as long as a kid can run fast and jump high they get a full ride, even with a single digit wonderlic score which in the old days would be termed mentally retarded (ie Texas qb Vince Young 2002-05 wonderlic score 6) over actual student athletes, not athlete stud-ents.

To say UT is as clean as any NCAA program is faint praise indeed.
'THE' Ohio State makes same claim... admin/alumni are just better at covering up.

Wonderlic score of 10 is considered the minimum to prove literacy.
Any below 10 couldn't graduate a (clean) high school program let alone pass college level classes.
A few more examples of colleges with low standards, if a kid can run fast and jump high.

Florida qb Chris Leak wonderlic 8
Florida State wr Kelvin Benjamin 7
Georgia wr A.J. Green wonderlic 10
LSU cb Morris Claiborne wonderlic 4
LSU cb Patrick Peterson wonderlic 9
Miami rb Frank Gore wonderlic 6
Mississippi State s Ed Prater w-5
North Carolina qb Oscar Davenport 6
Ohio State rb Carlos Hyde wonderlic 9
Ohio State qb Terrelle Pryor wonderlic 7
Pittsburgh cb Darrelle Revis wonderlic 10
Texas qb Vince Young wonderlic 6
West Virginia wr Tavon Austin 7

Just the tip of the iceberg.

Dam Butch the minimum score on the Wonderlic is 10. Looks like you may have some questionable information. But we were talking about programs not individuals. A small college team can play a major school and get paid more money than they themselves can allocate for athletics for the entire year. Those "cash whores" also furnish much needed money to other parts of the university for scholarships and don't even think about football funding the entire womens athletic department which are now mandated .... but I doubt you bothered to google that. Now you give us 12 or 13 individuals you feel are inferior people. Want to check out the hundreds if not thousands over the years that have scored extremely high on the same test or do we ignore them and just call them "exceptions". You're a joke man. Stick with figuring odds.... you suck at that too.
