swolen testicle

Wife and I was out driving around yesterday and saw this bull with one testicle that was normal and the other one looked like a bowling pin. I mean it was huge. I had to turn around and stop and look again. I dont know what happened but I hope it never happens to me. What could have caused this?

may have a hernia that could kill him in time or could have been injured.

Trauma, infection, hernia, or hydrocoele would be my guesses.

Its been my experinece that they are not good after that happens. What ever it was.
