Joe....both, the rings seem to stay in one position for awhile until the winds fade them and the cloud type move with the wind and put on quite a show. Had both types one day this spring that lasted almost two hours.

I'm back, for a few minutes anyway. Thanks for explaining that for me DMc. Don't have any pictures right now (forgot the DC in the city so I have some of that on film on the 35 mm camera), but the site I gave has pics fyi.

I gotta go again, it's really nuts at school now, three MATH assignments due in one week :roll: : Physics, Linear Algebra, Economics...and a couple of high school tests to write in a couple days. BUSy.
