Speaking of ribs off an animal called prime

Hd, I make a base for the au jus as it was cooking from beef broth and red wine. I didn't even get any drippings from the meat while it was smoking. Once I had it in the oven at 500 it yielded enough. The Au jus turned out perfect for my taste and really brought out the flavors nicely

I was inspired. I had never cooked a rib roast before.

Nothing could be easier,, and better. Perfect piece of beef. Six pounds. Salt, pepper, garlic powder. Cooked it in the oven @ 400 for one hour, let set in hot oven for three hours, reheated in the oven again at 400 for 30 minutes, rested 30 minutes and wham, horsey sauce.. Fantastic...

PS - Wifey made the bestest coconut cake toooo.. I am taking a nap now...
