A restaurant? Heck no. Why would you think that? Personally I like the farm slaughter. They come and do it in the corral where it has been living. No hauling no stress. But a last minute squeeze it in deal dropping it off at his house made it easier for him. No facilities there. Just a set of corrals. So it s just like a farm slaughter only at his house instead of mine.

The cook and/or chef is also known as my wife. She is also the waitress and most of the time the dish washer. Sort of like the complete restaurant staff.
