Sick Jersey bottle calf with wierd symptoms

I have a jersey steer calf that I have been doctoring for pnuemonia. But he might have something more? His ears are draining with a white, rubbery substance; one of his eyes doesn't blink (only the third eyelid blinks); and he has a hard time sucking out of one side of his mouth (same side as the bad eye). What the heck does he have?

What did your vet say about all this?

Sounds like it may be a neurological issue.

That was my 1st thought too.

If it is a Jersey steer and it is less then #150 it would be cheaper to shoot it then call the vet.
