What's the deal with trying to use sex to sell bulls? Do people really buy semen from a bull because some hot chick handed them a condom with the logo for Gigolo on it?

thats really wrong...they dont sell sex. its a way to get a heifer/cow pregnant with out actually even having to have the bull. it just makes it easier for a breeder to breed a good cow or heifer to a good bull to make great calves. not selling sex. u could really stop bein immature about it and actually learn that not all things are about sex and women. grow up and learn a few things.

It's disgusting and shameful to see that in a show barn. Imagine a little kid walking through the barns and seeing that.

However, if that was brought out in the barn when it was only 10 mature guys sitting around in lawn chairs, I'd laugh my butt off.

I don't see that too many 'females' have responded to this, so I'll add my 2 cents. I see nothing wrong with it and don't feel that it is degrading to women. Its just a sale tactic, thats about all there is to it. I actually think that its kinda funny!

I think it's par for the course with the club calf people (of which I am one, hopefully not quite to that extent however). We are known to push the envelope a bit, I was surprised they covered up Pamela Anderson.

If we have to use sex to sell our cattle, then we need new cattle. Showing cattle is family oriented. That's not something that I want all the members of my family to see. It's pathetic. :x
