She's running back with a young beefmaster bull right now. So once she comes back into cycle I'm hoping he will do the job I bought him for. All my other cattle are bred to a horned herford bull that met the butcher after he finished his job here.
 
Nice calf. How did you buy this cow? As a bred heifer? A bred cow?..... i'm guessing if it is a cow, she was sold due to lack of milk. That calf is going to need a lot of it.....

I bought her as a 5 year old 5 month bred she's a smaller cow hit the scale at 900 pounds she doesn't have a big bag. But the calf defiantly ain't complaining about what he's getting. So far. Depending on how this calf turns out and how she holds condition will determine if she stays or goes herself. She's dog gentle you can walk up and pick her leg up to look at her hooves
