A couple of years ago a wonderful couple in MO were busted for helping homeless drunks and druggies. Gave them a place to live all the booze and drugs they could possibly want and even took out life insurance on them. Only a couple of the bodies had a bullet hole in the back of the head. The others it's assumed died of natural causes, i.e. booze and drugs.

I wouldn't be surprised if this doesn't happen more often than you hear about.

They had a crooked insurance agent in on the deal. He's in prison too, just not for as long.
