Hogs have gone hog wild this spring probably have about 4-5 acres of rooting some 8-10 inches deep. How do I remediate thinking using the bulldozer attachment to skid steer but definitely up for suggestions and do I have to reseed?

The dozer attachment should work fine.
If you have let the grass go to seed before the damage then reseeding may not be necessary. Depends on what type of grass.
The first thing I would do is put an electric fence about 4 inches off the ground around the pasture or you will just be redoing this over and over again. Shoot or trap the hogs. See if you can get the neighbors to do the same.

The honest best way to get rid of them is this. Get some Chinese to come up with some sort of erectile enhancer that is made from the ground up part of the backbone, tusk, eyeballs....whatever that will have to kill them to harvest. Those pigs would be extinct in no time at all.. We might even make some money from it to help repair all the damage they do.
