As I type this it is thundering,lightning ,hailing,and windy outside,so i'm inside.
Shore did put a stop to my building cross fences.But we can use the rain.

Dang stuff keeps skirting me all goes up to Dun and Plumber Greg
we had some storms bouncing all around us this morning thankful they missed us but sure could of used a little rain out of them other than the few sprinkles we had

Well some of that rain never made it all the way from Dun to plumber greg. It dropped on us, and we've had enough for awhile. We used to live across the road from a cornfield, but it's lakefront property after the storm last night. This poor guy is probably gonna have to put on the anhydrous again and replant.

And just my luck, there's enough water over the road to get the car muddy, but not enough so's I get a day off work.

well the round this afternoon dropped a little more than a 1/2 on us and they are calling for rain all the way thru next thursday don't look like I will be mowing any hay for a few day gonna try and no till some millet in maybe tomorrow

Raining here too....probably less than 1/2 inch so far but hopefully it will continue for awhile....in the forecast for next couple of days as well. Temp dropped about 10 degrees too.

Had a hard shower about 30 minutes ago that lasted about 5 minutes. This one really put some water down and lasted about 10. A little lightning pretty close by with a puff of wind every now and then.

There was 3.7 inches in the rain gauge this evening; that's on top of 1.6 inches yesterday and half an inch on Monday. You know the old saying "when it rains it pours"! I'm very thankful for the rain but really wish we could spread it out a bit.

I recieved about two and a half inches here this afternoon and it's still coming down. I did get to finish mowing before it started, so I'm grateful for that... bring it on! I sure need it. :pretty:

Wouldn't mine sharing some with ya Vette.
So far 4in and a 60 and 70 percent chance today and tomorrow.
This morning it's so foggy I can't see my yard.
Good thing though didn't get to mow it before the rain.
Seems like my yard always grows ten times faster than the pastures.

Yep, a yard is a pretty good proxy for pastures. If it isn't growing the pasture sure isn't either.

I listened to it thunder to the south all night. Finally started to rain early this morning. Hope we get a couple inches out of it. Pastures sure can use it. If it doesn't turn off super hot right away it should help for a while.

Our forecasters have t-storms scheduled for the next 10 days. Almost makes you want to try to fertilize but I've been suckered into that to many times.

Heck Vette i haven't even got my millet in wife picked up the seed thursday and it has rained ever since I even have the No till ready I guess I should of been a week earlier
