Question with Bull Description....

When reading a blurb on a bull occassionally it will say...
"a real curve bender" what does this mean?? :?:
 
Typically they're referring to comparitively low BW and comparitively high or very high weaning and/or yearling weight

Usually in respect to epd's not actual data.

If the bulls epd's of his ancestors points to a curve bender bull, many times that bull is worth spending more money on. You have a bull that you can use on heifers for a couple of years when he is young. Beats the heck outa getting a low birth weight bull and having to put wheels under him when he is thru with the heifers
 
a more general definition would be that he is good for the important EPDs and the bad EPDs are in the less important areas.
