Saw this awhile back. Said that the guy who painted it was retiring and did that on his last day on the job. Only painted that on the passenger side so the officer reportedly drove it for a few days before anyone realized it was there.

i was pretty sure it had been around, but ya know. hadn't heard that about the guy that painted it though.
