Pinkeye?

My calf and heifer's eyes have started to water and I noticed yesterday the flies were starting to gather around the heifer's eyes. Is this pinkeye or could it be an allergic reaction to the pollen in the pasture? Their eyes look okay to me, no spots or anything that I can see, just watery. Thanks for your help.
