Is injection of antibiotics necessary to treat pinkeye in a cow? how long do you need to keep them out of the sun light? If the directions on the spray bottle of medicine says once a day should i do it more than once anyway? should i do both spray and injection? Thanks in advance...diane

I don't know 1/10 as much as other people on this site do, but you can treat pink eye with a NFZ puffer. The directions say to spray it in their eye twice a day. My little heifer had conjunctivitis and it cleared it up in about 3 days.

> advance...diana We find Orbenin eye ointment is the best, usually one treatment maybe two with a bad case.
