Good looking Beefmaster except for the sheath. Have you checked it for problems?

Feel of the sheath toward the bottom looks like a protruberance on the left side. Does it also poke out on the other side. Does it feel hard? Also the angle of the sheath is not optimal. Next time you take something to the vet take the bull calf along and get the vet to check him out. Especially if you plan to use him in breeding.
