Hi there, I work for the West Australian Government and I am putting together a revised 'fit to load' guide for industry, to bring us in line with new animal wlefare standards over here.
See: http://www.mla.com.au/General/Search-results-publications?keyword=fit+to+load%26iw_field_in_publicationscategory%3d

Trouble is, I need some really clear photos of certain conditions relating to cattle which we have decided to include in the guide. Australians just dont take that many photos!

I need:
  • infected bulls prepuce
cow ready to calve (swollen vulva)
    blind cow

If you do have any photos in reasonably high resolution that you would not mind me using for this purpose, please could you e mail them to:
[email protected]

Thankyou very much!

mizmac I'm sure you'd find the required photos on these boards if you search them. However you'd probably need to get the permission of the posters to use them. We sell cattle through the saleyards and I totally agree with tightening up the rules regarding "fit to travel", as well as monitoring the treatment of the stock in the yards.
