Yep pretty cool that they responded here. Unfortunately they never responded to my email 3 days ago and I don't know about everyone else but it kinda gave me a little chill that they or anyone else was monitoring the website.

I apologize for our response time on our help site, we're a little behind.

And we do have Google Alerts set up for "Photobucket", and we receive an email when someone mentions us in a public forum. Then we can reach out and help several users at once, as opposed to one at a time. Forum users are our lifeblood, and we want to work to make sure that they're happy

If you, or anyone ever has a question, feel free to send me a private message. The response time should be better than our help site.

I can login but nothing looks like it did. I get a page that lists my alblums but they don't open. i can scroll thru my pictures but they don "open" it is on my pc not a mobile device.

I cannot even get into it. I do not want to establish an account. Past practice as I clicked on a link it asks how I want to view it and I use the You tube, one time only choice. Have been able to make that work for over a year. Not today. :???:
