Pheasant recipe that is fantastic

This recipe, but marinate the meat with garlic, onion, sherry. Cook like it says, plate with egg noodles and spicy pineapple salsa. Bam!

Another GREAT recipe for pheasant is to simply use any common recipe for Chicken Picatta. You will need to pound it a bit but Picatta retains the character of the pheasant but the sauce is fantastic

We just finished up a meal of stir fry pheasant breast. Pretty dang good too

Gonna try that one Hook. I like to cut the breasts in strips, wrap the meat around a piece of jalapeño and some cream cheese, then wrap in a slice of bacon, add a toothpick and grill it. But I'm gonna try your recipe next time.

Too much work for me. I need to use up a lot of birds.
Slice n dice the breasts, brown in butter, and totally load up cheese pizzas.
Nephews think I am the best chef ever, but free beer with the pizza may have been a slight factor...
