Our Pond were almost Dry-but

We had 4.5" total - the majority overnight Saturday. I checked the front tank and was pleasantly pleased with the run off. Since, it was so muddy I didn't want to drive back to the big tank ......and I was too lazy after eating fried chicken at Babe's for lunch to walk. What a blessing for those of us who received rain!

Wound up with 4.5 inches here in Bowie and 5.5 inches at the post oak ranch.
Dug a tank out at post oak twice the original size and it filled to half full. :clap:

Sounds like everyone came out pretty good with that last rain. We received about an inch and was happy to get it. I put down some winter seed just before the rains came in. With a little luck we won't have to shell out $110 a round bale for winter feed.

LOL, in these times, after seeing all those tanks bone dry - you're "half full" terminology is much more applicable than half empty.

I was sick of hauling water.
