Whats the point of doing an investigation?
The cow ran out on the road, the guy hit it.

Maybe im being a bit harsh, but it seems like a waste of time IMO.

wonder if this cow was displaced during the storms?? Bradley co. was hit pretty good to... if so i dont know what good a investigation would do either... i remember hearing of a school bus hitting a mule up in PRV as a kid,, dam thing went through the windsheild and nearly killed the driver almost kicked his jaw plumb off
