Lot 1 looks stubby to me in the only picture I viewed. I was expecting more for lot 1

Since I'm in the market for a heifer Lot 7 kinda caught my eye. The pictures are not very good this year.

Congrats on Daisy. I did like her better than lot 4.
Appears only 6 of 20 got sold... I suppose minimum bid was not met for the other 14.

Thanks. You suppose correctly. You could pretty well figure out what the reserve was after the first few animals. This association tried this a few years ago with the same results. Breeders hold back their better animals for private sales and put their lesser ones in this auction, then set a high reserve. Result was just as you have seen and they discontinued it after a couple of years.
