Baling today and hay was pretty thick but I wasn't having any feed problems, tractor pulling hard etc. when the driveline slip clutch cut out. Didn't make the dog clutch on the pickup slip just the main driveline and the pickup wasn't plugged tight.
So that leads me to a couple questions- first generally when they cool down will they go back to pulling or do the discs need to be replaced? Secondly they don't look hard to replace but is it more involved than it looks? Finally if you visually inspect them how do you know to replace or not?
Thanks as always for the help.
