Fine looking cattle Jake, I really like the baldie momma.

What is that red bulge on that last heifers side?

just hair... must licked or something, does look odd.

wish I could find the picture of the ole Mountain Lion cow.... that was an awesome pic of her and her calf.... can't duplicate it...

purebred commercial Red angus with a pure angus calf- half red half black

I had 10 when I was a kid. I liked them then too. Just something about the eyes made me ask.

There's the heifer I want to buy.... shes deep as she is thick, and just has that look when your around her in the lot.... couple others stick out but they don't have the blockiness of this one.... there are a few that would probably be better total conformation... but this is my favorite as of right now....

Jake, do you think that muddy heifer is over-fed? I've got some heifers similar to that and I was afraid I was over-feeding them.

naw.... she's not. She's just in excellent condition. They are on a self feed pellet ration and she's a converter.

Biproduct ration.... give them a bale and they grow like the dickens

She's one of the ones that just converts everything into body mass.....
