@DCA farm how are your small leases working out? I'd like to do the same, but struggling to find the water source on some of these small spot. How are you managing water, if you aren't leasing right in someone's back 10 acres?

one place has a pond i foot the extra expense on water bill on others. Trying to pick up a few more places right now just a waiting game

So all of them have at least a faucet and hose available. That's what I was wondering-if you had to truck in water or if it is all on-site. Thanks

All on site most of my lease places are small spots people are tired of bush hogging

Are you just moving a bull around every 30 days?

Just bring them home in the winter and breed them to calve in October. That is what I do with the small places I rent.
