So in addition to our angus cattle we keep a couple Highlands around the ranch. They are easy keepers and really eat down just about anything. Our plan for the Highlands are to now cross the cows with an angus bull and come up with a Hangus for our consumption. Anyways we have up until recently had a Highland bull with our Highland cows and they have provided us with calves for a few years now. This guy was born just about three days ago.
