New Design 9150

Has anyone used a bull sired by New Design 9150, and how did you like him?
I,ve been lookin at one that will soon be for sell.

I used him a few years ago on some heifers and got calves that were way too small. They took forever to grow. Not one stayed around to find out how they are as cows. I was very disappointed in him since I figured there could be some value in the calves, good calving ease and good carcass traits.

When you say "way to small" what were the weights/sizes?
What were the cow sizes? breeds?
Did you have any calving difficulty?
I also am thinking of putting him in about twenty heifers and just really dont have the time to babysit.
Low growth doesnt bother me, in that I will be selling them all right off their momma at about 400lbs.
