Just had to have a clutch put in my NH back in March to the tune of 6k. My old JD has been babied for last 2 yrs because I just couldn't get too it. I was hoping to get a shop floor done but that has not happened yet. Raking hay last week it would not even pull off in any high gear . I got a few weeks of dry weather and when I try to sprig I am going to need everything working right.

Clutch came in Monday.

Tuesday I set everything up. 2 sheets of plywood for floor jack. Bottle jack for rear 1/2. disconnected everything and got ready to split.
Wednesday I split and rolled apart. Removed clutch and flywheel.
Thursday take flywheel to be resurfaced remove and in install rear main seal.

Clutch kit 280.00
Core 50.00
Rear main seal 40.00
Alignment tool 30.00
Resurfacing 100??? Maybe
Fluids and misc 50.00
Barring anything unforseen should have 500.00 in the parts (50.00 credit on core)

I have 2 hrs in labor so far and should take no more than 2 hrs to put back together.

Guy got right on refacing the fly wheel today. 50 bucks. Got seal replaced , throw out bearing on carrier and flywheel back on. Waiting on alignment tool and she is ready to roll back together. Got 3 hrs in it so far.

Alignment tool has not showed up , I wrapped tape around a socket extension and it was challenging but a couple hours and everything thing buttoned up. One more thing to check off my list.

Tried to post pic but it won't let me from my phone
