The hardest part for me was actually getting a quote. Can’t count how many outfits talked a great game and promised to get back to me right away with prices and never got back to me. I won’t chase someone, seems like if they want the work they wouldn’t disappear.I'm a little behind you. Talked to a guy about building one here today. I hear you. This is the same guy who built my house. I know what I’m getting with him. May not be the cheapest but he does great work and is open to my input on some of the specifics. Never and I mean never pay anything up front. If they are good and reputable they have accounts at building material places and you can give them a draw as you see fitNeighbor of ours did all the paperwork with a contractor, the guy said he needed $10,000 up front, when the guy paid him. He skipped town, then found out the guy had done the same thing to several people. That was 2-3 years ago and the guy still doesn't have a new barn.
Yes, it’s on skids so I pulled it out of the way. Will find a new home for it after barn is completeCurious about the red 3-sided shed. Was that just moved to location for storage during construction?
@Lucky is your barn for horses?
