need a lease agreement

downloadable for a very informal agreement between the nieghbor and me to use the land for grazing in exchnage for maintenence and improvements and caretaking (watchin out for it mostly).
somethin i can use for my ag exemption..looks like i may finally get it this yr after 6 yrs of tryin

You can write your own. Just be sure you both sign it and if necessary sign it in front of a notary.
