Was checking the bank account if a payment had cleared the bank the other day and found a LARGE deposit pending. It was labeled IRS TREAS 310 TAX REF. Looks like Form 8962 (excess advanced Premium Tax Credit repayment form) has been torn out and trashed for 2020.

Guess I should have been claiming a larger credit.... In December I had contemplated delaying till January the closing on the property that caused us to repay the credits we received and make adjustments for the added income in 2021. This and a couple other "good fortune" moments the past weeks makes me think we should stop by one of the casinos on our way home later this week....

FS-2021-08, April 2021 — The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 suspends the requirement that taxpayers increase their tax liability by all or a portion of their excess advance payments of the Premium Tax Credit (excess APTC) for tax year 2020.
