Milk in udder

Hi,
I'm very new to cattle. I recently bought 4 cows and one of them has a very big udder that looks like its going to pop. The guy that sold them to me bought them at auction and said that a calf was pulled from the cow before the sale.
My question is: Is there any health risk to the cow with having a full udder? I have no way or knowledge of how to milk it not have any calf to put on it.

Any info would be appreciated.

The udder should dry up on it's own. Don't milk her down or she will continue to produce milk.

Make she does not leak milk, if she does she might get mastitas. Also do you know what happend to the calf? I ask because you don't want to have a problem when she calves.
