making hay

Question about recently seeded field. About a month ago I seeded a hay field with a mixture of seed. Pasture mix,mixed grass,red clover,a little of everything.It was slow in coming,but due to all the rain,its starting to take off.My question is:how late can I cut this field without it freezing out this winter. Central Minn. Thanks

The standard I've always heard is Labor Day. Although the last couple years you could have cut later. But you never know, it's better to be on the safe side.
